This "train the trainer" course is for anyone wishing to start their journey as a professional trainer, or as an in-house trainer.

It's the minimum qualification that Awarding Organisations such as Highfield will accept, in order to register you as a trainer (of course, you'lll also need a suitable qualification in your subject matter).
