I’ll start with an apology to our clients. Often, when delegates get back to their workplace after a training session with us, they are fired up and ready for change. The changes could be small or revolutionary. It can take some of their employers by surprise, but it is the measure of effective training. So, we often get asked, “How do you get your training to be so effective?”

The pictures above give you some clues.

Firstly, our greatest strength is our personalities. We put a huge effort into planning our sessions, to make sure we meet our learners needs. Humour is priceless. It helps make a potentially dull subject so much more fun!

Activities. This is the “Red” in RedCat; not red for danger, but red for the “activist” learning style (for you Honey and Mumford learning styles enthusiasts).

Resources. We have tons of the stuff, and we know how to use these to best effect. Meet the Toolbox Talk and the Allergen Clan (or should that be “clam”??).

By the way, this is not a comprehensive list, a “Part 2”article might come along soon…!

If you need engaging, enjoyable, effective and meaningful training with lasting impact, please do get in touch.
